The scope of work is to construct four (4), LEED certified, corporate office buildings including site work at the Corona Summit Corporate Center.



Buildings 1 & 2

The project involves the construction of two (2), three-story office buildings (“warm core/cold shell” with lobby, restroom and elevator core). Both buildings are concrete tilt-up with composite metal panels and glass/glazing exterior.

Building 5

Building 5 is a single story office building and is a concrete tilt-up structure with glass/glazing exterior and includes core improvements.

Building 6

Building 6 is constructed using structural steel and the exterior skin is clad with a combination of precast concrete, GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete), composite metal panels and glass/glazing. Core improvements is also included in the scope of work.
