Owned and developed by the Los Angeles-based Southwest Carpenters Pension Trust, Gateway Pointe Industrial Park is comprised of five buildings ranging from 77,195 s.f. to 613,375 s.f. for a total of 1.6 million s.f.

The buildings featured concrete tilt-up construction, extensive glass entries with high-end architectural treatments, Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinkler systems, a total of 188 dock high loading positions, a 30’ minimum ceiling clearance, Union Pacific rail service availability, 280’ shared concrete gated truck courts, 100% concrete loading areas, 3% skylights, ample landscaping and parking. Oltmans Construction Co., performed tenant improvements on two of the five buildings in the park.

Oltmans also completed all off-site work and worked alongside Cal Trans and other governing authorities to provide the necessary street improvements and infrastructure upgrades.
