Oltmans’ scope of work included the construction of a new 592,810 s.f. concrete tilt-up, speculative warehouse, Orange Show Logistics Center building with all on and off-site utility improvements including SCE, grading, 72” storm drain, street lights, street widening, etc. The project is located at the world renowned National Orange Show Fairgrounds.

Oltmans team and contractors worked with governing authorities like Caltrans, City of San Bernardino, and Verizon. The team fully implemented the site erosion control plan , BMP Implementation and SWPPP.
