Building has been constructed utilizing a 20” thick concrete slab with a double mat of reinforcing steel throughout the facility to accommodate design to avoid differential settlement and a sophisticated automated racking system in the future. The building has unique features on the main elevation to Garfield Ave. including cambered pop out concrete panels that are built on an angle. Additionally, there are exterior tube steel beams with an aluminum wrapped finish that is constructed on an angle to the building wall. The structure will be occupied by Kroger which owns Ralphs foods.
