This project consisted of two (2) phases with two (2) concrete tilt-up buildings in each phase. Located near the Port of Los Angeles, this mammoth project involved the excavation of more than 670,000 cubic yards of earth. The size of the project necessitated the development of a 3,400 linear foot street extension and associated site improvements, allowing for possible future freeway access. It includes an ESFR fire sprinkler system in addition to a secured truck dock area. 34’ high glass enhances the future office entry to Phase I, which is slated for multi-tenant use.
