The scope of work is to provide infrastructure and grading, including street improvements, landscaping and sidewalks for the future development of three (3) expansive concrete tilt-up shell buildings totaling almost 3,000,000 s.f.

This included multiple major storm drain installations and even relocation, including box culvert, head walls, inlet/outlet structures, rip-rap energy dissipaters, bioswales and major reconstruction of Caltrans channels. New sewer installation and underground piping. The project also created new streets (striping, signage, ADA compliant ramps at curbs, gutters, handrails, etc.) and improvements to existing major thruways such as street widening, and the creation of landscaped medians. New and updated traffic signalization was installed, as well as street lighting and the installation of a new Edison “Rule 20” backbone. The Oltmans’ team managed to work under the directive of various governing agencies such as Cal Trans, City of Fontana, and the County of San Bernardino. Through the course of this project Oltmans and our contractors stayed on top of our priority commitments to safety, as well as strict adherence to proper BMPs and SWPPP implementation.

This project included three (3) expansive concrete tilt-up shell buildings totaling almost 3,000,000 s.f. In addition, Oltmans built two new roads, Production and Technology streets, for enhanced access to the site.
