ONTARIO, CA – QVC’s first west coast distribution center is located at Sares Regis Group’s new Meredith International Centre Development.

The QVC West Coast Distribution Center is the first facility to be completed out of a seven building campus developed by SARES•REGIS Group known as the Meredith International Centre. The project is a 1,053,225 s.f. state-of-the-art facility located off the I-10 freeway in Ontario. It has also notably been awarded LEED Gold Certification. Sustainable considerations include high-efficiency lighting, heating/cooling and a 250kW rooftop solar system.

The seven building development by SARES•REGIS Group is known as Meredith International Centre. The campus was designed by RGA Office of Architectural Design. Oltmans Construction Co. is proud to be a part of the team to make this project happen! The entire project totals 3,001,160 s.f. on approximately 150-acres and is located in a prime location by the Ontario Airport. Buildings 1-6 are currently underway. The facilities will be built to LEED Certification standards and all include high-efficiency lighting and heating/cooling.
