Feasibility studies

An objective, comprehensive feasibility analysis from Oltmans can help project owners secure funding and refine their plans before making any major investments. BIM Model

Project development

We conduct a rigorous review and analysis of all designs, site use, materials and labor constraints to create accurate budgets and schedules. Whenever possible, we identify potential cost savings and propose alternative designs. We use Revit, a state-of-the-art Building Information Modeling system (BIM), to render a 3-D preflight of the entire project, allowing us to pinpoint risks and pursue aggressive conflict identification and resolution.
