Self-Performed Concrete with Over 50 Years Experience Oltmans is well-known in the industry as a pioneer in the field of self-performed concrete services, having successfully self-performed the concrete phases of their projects since the mid-1950's. Therefore, in order to provide our clients with the highest level of quality concrete work available, we employ our own highly skilled concrete crews to self-perform our concrete operations.
