Goodman Commerce Center Eastvale is one of the largest, mixed-use developments in Southern California. Spanning 200 acres, the Center will provide Class A logistics, retail, medical and business park facilities. Oltmans Construction provided preconstruction and construction services on industrial buildings 1, 2, & 3, including building TIs, as well as the 8 buildings that make up the business park, infrastructure and mass grading work. .
Building #1 1,007,705 s.f / Includes a 4-Level Mezzanine Inside The Building. Overall Building Area: 2,700,305 s.f.

Business Park (Buildings 1-8) 180,312 s.f. total, eight (8) multi-tenant and free standing buildings.
Infrastructure/Mass Grading Work Construction of a pedestrian bridge with two (2) elevators which crosses Goodman Way connecting to a 4.7-acre newly constructed parking lot (off-site), new streets, widening and improvements on Hamner, Bellegrave, Cantu-Galleano. Project is surrounded by different county lines and Oltmans coordinated with the City of Eastvale and the City of Ontario as well as Cal Trans, SCE and The Gas Company. Additional work included 3,200 ft. of industrial sewer, 6.1-acre detention basin/bioswales, curb & gutter, street lighting, signalization, and median & perimeter landscaping.
Full development of a 26-lot hillside multi-use business park inclusive of surrounding roadways and site utilities. Development also included two (2) 80,000 s.f. steel-structured three-story office buildings and one (1) 70,000 s.f. two-story commercial tilt-up structure.

The scope of work is to construct four (4), LEED certified, corporate office buildings including site work at the Corona Summit Corporate Center.Buildings 1 & 2
The project involves the construction of two (2), three-story office buildings (â€śwarm core/cold shellâ€ť with lobby, restroom and elevator core). Both buildings are concrete tilt-up with composite metal panels and glass/glazing exterior.
Building 5 is a single story office building and is a concrete tilt-up structure with glass/glazing exterior and includes core improvements.
Building 6 is constructed using structural steel and the exterior skin is clad with a combination of precast concrete, GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete), composite metal panels and glass/glazing. Core improvements is also included in the scope of work.
