The Sares-Regis Group/Chino South Industrial Center Bldgs. 1-4 project, located in Chino, is a LEED Gold, approximately 2,000,000 s.f. concrete tilt-up industrial warehouse/office project valuing approximately $68,000,000. The project scope involved ground-up construction of four (4) buildings with interior buildouts for Buildings 1 & 2 for tenants EuroPro and Yokohama Tire respectively, and speculative buildings 3 & 4. The scope of the project involved mass grading 1.3 million cubic yards of dirt and the removal of existing oil and water wells during the grading process, placement of approximately 100,000 cubic yards of concrete for on and off site work and the addition of 3,000 lineal feet of new streets for the City of Chino.

To qualify for LEED GOLD certification, sustainable considerations include efficient stormwater quality and quantity treatment, water efficient landscaping, implementation of renewable energy with the installation of 765 KW DC rooftop solar energy system and accommodations for low-emitting, and fuel-efficient vehicles onsite.
