Ph 1 Mass Grading & Underground Infrastructure
Completed under budget and on time, Phase I encompassed over two (2) years of preconstruction coordination resulting in 277-acres of mass grading, 10,000 cubic yards of concrete poured, and 57,000 lineal feet of underground utility infrastructure installed (excluding electrical). This was performed in preparation for the construction of three (3) industrial buildings totaling roughly 2.1 million square feet, as well as two (2) truckerâ€™s lounges which will be located North of Via Nobila, our newly-constructed, public street.
- 20 megawatts of power allocated for Phase I and II properties
- Over one million cubic yards of soil transported for Phase I, elevating the site and three building pads
- Multiple value engineering design options provided throughout preconstruction period, along with perpetual project schedule and buyout schedule updates
