The new warehouse sits on 55-acres of land south of the Santa Ana River. Development included 22,000 s.f. of tenant improvements and 1,700,000 s.f. of paved truck court. 3 miles of high pressure, 12â€ť municipal water lines which will eliminate the need for a pump house. 3 miles of municipal infrastructure to utilize non-potable water and help project attain Silver LEED certification. All runoff from site was diverted to bioswales in order to help recharge the ground water.
