Remodel of two existing buildings.
Building A is an existing non-conforming 228,847 s.f. building of Type IIIB construction with an S-1 Occupancy. The remodel included a rebuild of 8,500 s.f. of offices and included resizing of some existing dock doors and reducing the existing retail S-1 occupancy area.
Building B was an existing 66,227 s.f. building of Type IIB construction with an S-1 occupancy. The remodel included changing of the buildingâ€™s use from S-1 to F-1.
At both buildings, existing dock doors along project north elevation were resized. The existing fire protection system was replaced with a control mode system. Site improvements included new landscaping along Merced Street, restriping of the existing parking lot and new light standards.
