QVC’s First West Coast Distribution Center

Case Studies

ONTARIO, CA – March 2016 – On March 16, 2016, NAIOP members were given the opportunity to find out how SARES•REGIS Group, Owner and Developer of the 148-acre Meredith International Centre, planned, developed, and constructed one of the largest developments in Ontario, CA.

The day started off with an informative presentation by SRG, RGA, and Oltmans. Followed by a tour of QVC’s first-ever West Coast Distribution Center. The project is building #7 of the Meredith International Centre’s seven (7) building industrial/commercial development. With over 1-million square-feet of industrial warehouse and distribution space, high-efficiency lighting/heating/cooling, and a 250kW solar rooftop, the new QVC building is truly a state-of-the-art facility.

Oltmans Construction Co. would like to thank our client, SARES•REGIS Group, for allowing us to be a part of the site tour and choosing us as their preferred General Contractor for this world-class project.

Tony Perez, Oltmans Construction’s Vice President expressed, “Events like this are a great opportunity for the next generation to learn and ask questions on how projects like this come to be. There is a lot that goes into it.”
