2024 LABJ Commercial Real Estate Awards

Bridge Point South Bay II took home gold in this year's 2024 Commercial Real Estate Awards in the industrial category. South Bay II is a class A speculative 203,000 s.f. warehouse with 10,000 s.f. of offices, 22 dock doors, and two grade level doors with ramps. The project features an open level mezzanine with views into the warehouse and skylight coverage which provides natural light in the warehouse.

The project has a significant positive impact on the community and neighboring residents. Previous to this development a large industrial operation that produced significant contaminates, pollution, and noise was operating on the site within close proximity to residential homes. This project follows and exceeds the stringent California Title 24 Code requirements for energy efficient and sustainable building practices.
