Oltmans Recognized as Top Contractor for 2020 by LABJ

Ranking no. 36 among all LA County contractors, Oltmans Construction Co. reported $86 million in billings in LA County, and $530 million nationally in 2018.
The company also came in at no. 49 in the LA Business Journal’s list of Largest Private Companies in the County, reporting $575 million in revenue in 2018.
Thirdly, Oltmans’ Goodman Logistics Center project in El Monte, CA, a two-building, 1.2-million-square-foot distribution center, ranked no. 36 out of LA County’s top General Construction Projects. Though it is not Oltmans’ largest project of 2018-2019, it had the highest construction cost of the company’s LA County-based projects at $131 million.
