This project was the conversion of a 35,000 s.f. warehouse building into a LEED GOLD certified office space. Project included demolition of existing building and partial demolition of the existing warehouse building. To attain LEED certification, structural moment frames were installed along with energy efficient windows, curtain walls and insulated roofing. A base HVAC system and shade structures were also added to further assure LEED certification. A drought resistant courtyard completed the landscaping and a new parking lot was added to finish off this LEED Gold Certified project.
