As I look at the evolution of our campus I think about where we started, with just one building and dreamt of the day that we could build a state-of-the-art facility for our students. Little did we know that all this dreaming would become a reality in 2019 when we opened the doors to our brand new high school building. We had the amazing privilege of working with Franco Architects and Oltmans Construction Co. to build our dream school. They created a space where our students can learn and thrive. I can talk about how amazing it was working with the Oltmans team all day, instead, I will just say that they have become a part of our Magnolia family. They took our vision and made it ten times better than what we could have ever imagined. Every door, tile, and color selection was purposefully designed to foster creativity. Now our students thrive within those walls. I am beyond grateful to be sharing this award and recognition with Oltmans and thank you for making the MSA1 warriors dreams come true. We couldn’t have done it without you guys."}

They have proven their ability on one of our largest Amazon Robotics (AR) buildings to date, and are currently proving themselves on a Cross‐Dock (IXD) building in Fontana, CA. The former, a 1.1-million-square-foot footprint (two- and four-level mezzanines with over 2.7-million-square-feet of usable floor space), offered a complex building process with extensive Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Amazon Robots throughout all four levels of mezzanine. The latter is a single-level, 615,000-square-foot project with multiple MHE levels and complex conveyor processes. Both projects required an accelerated schedule coordinated among various different Amazon groups, depending on their ability to meet dates, in order to accomplish on‐time operational start dates."}

With permits, weather delays and inspector issues, it was a real accomplishment for your team to deliver this finished product to us when you did. You did an amazing job of overcoming these obstacles. In addition, we were recently made aware that your company passed on to the church a cost savings of $244,000. This is truly an amazing gift which allows us to complete the project and cover all of our costs. Toyota recognized the value of Oltmans throughout the planning and implementation of this project as a major project team contributor, business partner and builder of our most important Port Vehicle Distribution Center in our North American operations. They truly had their customer success and safety as their highest priorities as was evident by their contribution in the early stages of planning and the building of the project while our operations continued uninterrupted at the site surrounding the project construction. Toyota goals for the project became Oltmans’ goals for the project and they provided innovative construction solutions and value engineering that met and often exceeded our expectations.
