Dean Burdick Promoted to Chief Estimator of Oltmans Construction Co.

December 2017 – We are excited to announce the promotion of Dean Burdick from Senior Estimator to Chief Estimator.

Dean began at Oltmans Companies in 2013, as Senior Estimator specializing on hard bid proposals for concrete tilt-up, industrial/commercial, education, residential/multi-family and healthcare projects. During his tenure as Senior Estimator, Dean has notably completed pricing packages for some of Oltmans Construction Co.’s largest construction projects to date such as, Goodman Eastvale Commerce Center and Sares-Regis Group’s Meredith International Centre. In his new role as Chief Estimator, Dean will work closely with Vice President, James Bogle to oversee bids as they go out. This includes review of proposal letters, subcontractor scopes of work, and the overall analysis and presentation of Oltmans Construction pricing to our clients. Dean will continue to take on his own projects, but within his new role, will also provide oversight and training to the other estimators as we continue to grow.

With this promotion, we are merely recognizing the work that Dean has already been doing. He has grown into a leader within the Estimating Department and continues to provide excellent service to our clients. Congratulations Dean on your well-deserved promotion. -James Bogle, Vice President
