Oltmans Construction Co. Completes Industrial Development

San Bernardino, CA – Oltmans Construction Co. has completed construction of a two-building, 1.2 million-square foot industrial development in San Bernardino County. ‘Aqua Mansa Gateway’ is located within the 300-acre Aqua Mansa Industrial Center at 12215 and 12249 Holly Street. The project consists of a 750,000-square-foot building and a 450,000-square-foot building. HPA Architects designed the development, which is owned by CB Richard Ellis Investors.
