Promotions of Senior Vice Presidents Gerald Singh and Tony Perez
April 4, 2022 (Effective October 1, 2021) – Oltmans Construction Co. is pleased to formally announce the promotions of Gerald Singh and Tony Perez to Senior Vice President.
Both have made substantial contributions to the industry and our company, and continue to lend their talents, business acumen, and unique approaches to construction in delivering the highest quality service to our clients. Thank you both for your admirable example of service and dedication.
Tony Perez – Senior Vice President
Tony Perez has been named Senior Vice President at Oltmans Construction, celebrating 39 years with the company. Tony’s invaluable expertise and timely awareness of current market conditions has been an asset to the company since 1983. He is often credited with building some of the firm’s longest-standing client relationships in industrial and commercial construction, and oversees the company’s Solar EPC and Renewable Energy programs. With his experience in preconstruction and construction estimating services, Tony continues to strengthen Oltmans Construction’s relations in our key marketplaces throughout the Southwest. He is active with organizations such as CBIA and select community groups, and holds board memberships with organizations including NAIOP and CSULB. Tony received a BS in Construction Management from California State University, Long Beach.
Gerald Singh – Senior Vice President
Gerald Singh has been named Senior Vice President at Oltmans Construction, celebrating 28 years with the company. Gerald’s career at Oltmans Construction began in 1994 after transitioning from the real estate community at Paragon Group where he worked since 1987. In the years following, Gerald has been instrumental in overseeing the firm’s business development and client relations, notably in the commercial and industrial sectors. He remains entrusted with some of Oltmans Construction’s most company-defining relationships which span across diversified markets such as healthcare, technology, education, and affordable housing. Well known and respected across the industry for garnering time-tested relationships and merging business interests into noteworthy developments, Gerald is also actively involved in various industry organizations such as SIOR, NAIOP, and ULI. Gerald received a BS in Real Estate from the University of Southern California.
