Two Arbor Themed Office Buildings Respond to Tight Conejo Valley Market at ‘The Arbors’

THOUSAND OAKS, CA – Oltmans Construction Co. has completed two office buildings totaling 142,250 square feet at “The Arbors of Thousand Oaks” on behalf of developer SARES-REGIS Group as office space vacancies in the Conejo Valley reportedly hover around the single digit range.

Located at 2535 and 2560 W. Hillcrest Dr., the new buildings comprise 142,250 square feet and were 100 percent leased before completion of construction. With the new buildings, “The Arbors” office campus totals 273,000 square feet of space. Oltmans Construction Co.’s Thousand Oaks office was the project general contractor.

Among key tenants at the Arbors are Amgen, Aetna, Progressive Insurance, and Skyworks Solutions.

Jason Williams project manager in the Thousand Oaks office of Oltmans Construction Co., reports that the newest buildings are Class A, two-story concrete tilt-up structures reflecting the distinctive suburban office motif of “The Arbors”. This is marked by an arbor theme that unites all buildings though a series of trellised walkways and eye-catching exterior tones. House and Robertson of Los Angeles was the architect.

For information regarding the last 12,000 square feet of space available at “The Arbors”, contact Michael Salter, Tom Dwyer, or Ken Ashen of CB Richard Ellis’ Camarillo office.
