Oltmans Construction Co. is delivering American Jerky Company’s state-of-the-art advanced manufacturing facility in Victorville, California. The project included nearly one year of preconstruction and budgetary services, with a focus on constructability, value engineering, and permitting coordination. Slated for completion in 2026, the climate-controlled, build-to-suit facility is designed to support large-scale food processing operations with enhanced MEP systems, extensive freezer space, and specialized production areas. Once operational, the facility is expected to create up to 450 permanent jobs and will help deliver delicious, nutritious treats to dogs across the globe—all from a sustainably designed, state-of-the-art space.
