Demolition of approximately 1.7 millionsquare-feet of existing industrial facility and construction of two (2) concrete tilt-up speculative buildings that are 1,403,537 s.f. and 737,285 s.f., respectively known as buildings 1 & 2. The project also includes all associated on and offsite work and the construction of a new street. When underway Bridgepoint Rancho Cucamonga was the largest logistics campus under construction in Southern California.
