Carpenter’s Training Facility-Buena Park
The project is a two-story, concrete tilt-up, office and training center. The building is 107,000 s.f. inclusive of a 28,000 s.f. mezzanine and features the signature 30’ tall radiused rotunda entry. The project’s scope includes both shell & core/tenant build-out work. High End finishes include native and imported stone, polished concrete floors, cherry wood paneling, and wainscoting. The building features a 24,000 s.f. training center, classrooms, executive offices, boardroom, and a 250 person meeting hall. Sophisticated audio and visual systems are also utilized throughout the building.
