Goodman Commerce Center Eastvale

Goodman Commerce Center Eastvale is one of the largest mixed-use developments in Southern California, providing Class-A logistics, retail, medical, and business park facilities. The business park rests on 124.1 acres and is comprised of ten buildings, totaling 2,598,247 s.f. of multi-use, concrete tilt-up product. The two largest facilities within the center span one million s.f. and are used for e-commerce fulfillment. The project in its entirety was delivered within an accelerated timeframe, taking 29 months, 163,422 man-hours, and over 181,151 cubic yards to construct.

Building #1 1,007,705 s.f. & Overall Building Area: 2,700,305 s.f. – The largest building, Building 1 contains a four-level mezzanine and 1.7 million s.f. of corrugated metal decking filled with 7.5# fiber-reinforced concrete and welded wire reinforcement.

Business Park (Buildings 1-8) 180,312 s.f. total – Eight multi-tenant and freestanding buildings

Pedestrian Bridge & Parking Construction of a pedestrian bridge with two (2) elevators structurally supported by two, 110-ft.-long, 57-in.-tall girders connecting accross Goodman Way to a 4.7-acre surface parking lot (off-site). An astonishing 1.7 million s.f. of combined concrete paving was completed for truck docks and auto parking throughout the site.

Infrastructure/Mass Grading Work 200 acres of on- and off-site work was also required including construction of Goodman Road, and widening and improvements on Hamner, Bellegrave Ave., and Cantu-Galleano. The project is surrounded by different county lines and required coordination with the cities of Eastvale and Ontario, as well as CalTrans, SCE, and The Gas Company. Additional infrastructure work included 3,200 ft. of industrial sewer, 6.1-acre detention basin/bioswales, curb and gutter, street lighting, signalization, 4,000 ft of 60” RCP storm drain, and median and perimeter landscaping.
