Goodman Commerce Center Eastvale Flex
A multi-building business park in Eastvale, California that was constructed utilizing a lower-embodied carbon ready-mix, Vertua® low-carbon concrete
The project includes the construction of five industrial buildings ranging from 38,000 to 60,000 square feet, along with full site development across the 14.5-acre campus. Oltmans' project management team handled everything from grading, utilities, paving, and landscaping to the design-build delivery of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. Working closely with the design team, we developed a permit-ready construction plan and proactively managed supply chain challenges to keep the project moving smoothly and on schedule.
Lower Embodied Carbon Ready-Mix
For all concrete used on the project, a specific type of ready-mix, Vertua® low-carbon concrete, was selected to reduce the environmental impact. Vertua® offers a significant reduction in CO2 emissions—up to 69% compared to conventional Portland cement-based concrete—without compromising the strength or durability of the structures. This commitment to sustainable practices supports LEED certification goals and further reinforces the project’s dedication to minimizing its carbon footprint while maintaining the high-quality standards expected in commercial construction.
