Goodman Logistics Center Fullerton

The Goodman Logistics Center Fullerton is a ground up development of four (4) buildings spanning 66-acres. The project is located on the previous Kimberly Clark campus and required demolition of 1.3-million-square-feet of industrial buildings prior to start. Oltmans was awarded tenant improvements on all four (4) Buildings.

• Building 3 (Samsung): 487,036 s.f.
• Building 4 (Bandai Namco): 173,825 s.f.

Sprouts Farmers Market

The 336,968 s.f. building will feature several temperature controlled areas ranging between 32 - 50-degrees. Oltmans completed the core, shell, and office TI construction for the building. To prep the shell for Sprouts’ refrigeration needs a Polar-Ply thermal shield was added to the underside of the roof deck and a 5.5” insulated TPO rooftop was added to watertight the building, conserve energy, and eliminate condensation. Specific to the grocer’s needs several trench drains were located throughout the warehouse and a continuous dock pit was poured for food grade vertical dock levelers and insulated dock doors.
