Oltmans was hired to complete the tenant improvements for Home Depot. Tenant improvement included building out the 2-level office space and improving the warehouse to include inbound/outbound truck access with high-speed overhead doors and a Building Automation System (BAS). Site improvements featured controlled access, pivot gates, and monument signage.
