The warehouse features a 40 ft. clear height with an additional four feet of clearance to accommodate an additional row of racking.

Self Perform Concrete

Located within the flight path of Harry Reid International Airport, the project required close coordination with airport authorities for all crane operations. Oltmans Construction Co.’s concrete division strategically scheduled tilt-up panel erection during overnight hours when air traffic was lowest, minimizing disruptions to airport operations while maintaining safe construction conditions.

Designed to support collaboration and corporate events, the second floor features an expansive balcony with a striking view of the Las Vegas Strip. Additional architectural highlights include switchable privacy glass and NanaWall telescoping glass doors that seamlessly connect the office spaces to the outdoor balcony, creating a flexible environment for employee gatherings, training sessions, and vendor events.
