Olive Crest Children & Family Resource Center
Comprehensive renovation of the Swenson Family Foundation Campus for Olive Crest. The center provides supportive services for foster youth, families, and young adults across a spectrum of care and counseling.
Oltmans Construction Co. provided multi-year preconstruction and construction support to Olive Crest to renovate and expand their Children & Family Resource Center, Swenson Family Foundation Campus. The 52,191 s.f. comprehensive office renovation included:

- Volunteer Room
- Visitation Center
- Family Courtyard
- Drop-In Center
- Training Rooms
- Community Kitchen Spaces
The updated Swenson Family Foundation Campus provides secure, easy-to-access spaces for youth and young adults to receive support, including an on-site food pantry, laundry room, and study/therapy spaces. The center will also continue to support and partner with state-sponsored foster programs to provide monitored visitations, counseling, and community training.
