Olive Crest Teen and Young Adult Apartments
The development of twelve affordable, low-income apartment units across three 2-story buildings. These apartments will be part of Olive Crest’s Foster Youth Program, a resource that helps teens and young adults access housing and wraparound support.
This project involves the demolition and remediation of three (3) existing residential homes and the new construction of twelve (12) affordable and low-income multi-family housing units across three (3) two-story buildings. Developed in partnership with Olive Crest, the community will serve teens and young adults participating in the Olive Crest Foster Youth program.
Designed to support a successful transition into independent adulthood, residents of the program are required to attend school and maintain a minimum GPA, hold employment, contribute subsidized rent, and participate in financial literacy and life skills programs. This development provides a safe, stable, and supportive living environment where youth can continue to grow, learn, and build a foundation for long-term success.
