Olive Crest Teen and Young Adult Apartments
The project includes the demolition of three existing homes and construction of 12 affordable, low-income apartment units across three two-story buildings. Developed in partnership with Olive Crest, the community will provide housing for teens and young adults in the Olive Crest Foster Youth program as they transition into adulthood—supporting education, employment, and financial literacy in a stable, growth-focused environment.
This project involves the demolition of three (3) existing residential homes and the new construction of twelve (12) affordable and low-income multi-family housing units across three (3) two-story buildings. Developed in partnership with Olive Crest, the community will serve teens and young adults participating in the Olive Crest Foster Youth program.
Designed to support a successful transition into independent adulthood, residents of the program are required to attend school and maintain a minimum GPA, hold employment, contribute subsidized rent, and participate in financial literacy and life skills programs. This development provides a safe, stable, and supportive living environment where youth can continue to grow, learn, and build a foundation for long-term success.
