Oltmans Construction Co. completed the Prologis Mid Counties DC 48 project, a 185,056 s.f. concrete tilt-up industrial facility located on an 8.45 acre site in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The development includes 4,132 s.f. of office space, a 3,762-s.f. mezzanine, 36-foot clear height, 23 dock-high doors, two grade-level loading doors, six trailer stalls, and 233 auto parking spaces.
The project included comprehensive onsite and offsite improvements, building construction, site utilities, landscaping, fire protection, and supporting infrastructure. Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, the facility incorporates Prologis sustainability standards and was developed as a modern Class-A industrial distribution facility.
