Thomas House Shelter
Thomas House is a rent-free shelter for homeless families with children. Oltmans Construction Co.’s drywall division self-performed updates to a two-bedroom apartment in the shelter community located in Garden Grove. Oltmans’ scope included complete demolition of the existing second-floor apartment, insulation, drywall, and finish of all the walls and ceilings in the space in preparation for final finish installation. The entirety of the project was donated to the charity in time to house a new family.
